I'm Hot...and I don't mean to look at!

If you are living in Southwestern Ontario, in Canada, we have had a run of really hot weather and I, for one, am not really enjoying it. I don't mind some hot days during summer but weeks on end of hot hot humid weather starts to make me grumpy. We live in a two storey house, built some time in the 40's and typically the upstairs gets hot and humid even when the air conditioner is blasting. The basement however is really chilly. So working on longarming is pleasant while sleeping is not.

How is your summer sewing going? I haven't done any yet as we've been busy with the online business, adding new product, looking at new products available, and filling orders. If you have placed an order with us or signed up for email - thank  you.

This morning the aurifil neutral threads arrived and they are now up on the website. As well, we have been getting in some basics so have a look.

They prices of the fabrics online are very good and we still have a number of really nice prints available. As long as the sale continues our minimum cut is still 1 metre.

We do offer local pick up so when you order make sure you check that option if you live locally.  Canada Post has given a break to businesses during Covid so the shipping is not too bad.

Stay cool no matter where you live. I guess before we know it we will be sliding into fall so enjoy the long warm days where you are.

Happy stitching!

Deborah
